Marco, Penge, the world No. 414 golfer from England has been banned for 3 months, with one month suspended after being found guilty of placing bets on multiple golf tournaments.

The DP World Tour has moved to ban Penge from the sport, effective from the 13th December, and with one month suspended. Penge was found guilty of betting on multiple events, though not events that he was competing in, with the DP World Tour panel, finding that the integrity of the tournaments hadn’t been compromised.

Penge, had his best finish of the season at the DPWT Irish Open back in September but his 2024 campaign, saw him miss 19 cuts across numerous tours. The Englishman was fined £2000 as part of his punishment and with his suspension cut effictively to 2 months, it means he will be eligible to return to the game from the 13th February.
